These five-morning habits that set a healthy tone for the day.
1.Drinking water
Water is so beneficial, so easy, so free yet so easily overlooked. It’s really a no-brainer (actually your brain is 90% water!!!. Your body is about 70% water, the majority of your blood and every cell in your body is composed of water. Therefore, you need water to function properly. Put the sugary stuff to the side and make water the number one drink of choice.
2.Have a stretch session
Being flexible can help to prevent injuries. This can include acute injuries, such as a hamstring strain and overuse injuries such as IT band syndrome or plantar fasciitis.tretching has been used in the warm-up process for many years. It is thought that having flexible muscles can prevent acute injuries by gently stretching the muscle through its range before exercise. In many cases of poor posture which has developed over time, muscle imbalances are to blame that's why stretching is recommended to improve posture.
3. Eating fruits and vegetables
Eating vegetables provides health benefits – people who eat more vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.The Dietary Guidelines for Americans advise that we eat a diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. And according to USDA’s dietary guidance system MyPlate, half of our plate should consist of fruits and veggies. For a 2,000-calorie diet, it advised that we eat two cups of fruit and 2.5 cups of veggies each day.
5. Eating whole grains
Unless you have celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or another reason to cut back, you don't want to miss out on the health benefits of whole grains.Dietary fiber from whole grains or other foods, may help reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. Fiber is important for proper bowel function. It helps reduce constipation and diverticulosis
